The AccuRAID AR212F4 Series is a 2U rack-mountable RAID solution designed for file servers, backup, audio/video streaming, and digital video recording. Capacity up to 36TB, this unit will be prefect for any application that requires a large storage solution. With dual high-performance 4Gbps Fiber Channels host interface and cutting edge SATA HDD technology, the AR212F4 is guaranteed to achieve the most cost-effective performance and data protection. Twelve hot-swappable, 3.5”trays for Serial-ATA drives allow quick replacement and simple trouble-shooting of storage units. The AR212F4 RAID subsystem can also be easily scaled to RAID levels 0, 1, 0+1, 3, 5, 6 or to just a simple JBOD configuration. Featuring durable, heavy duty steel housing and a user-friendly LCD panel , the AR212F4 will meet most data intensive application demand.

Architecture

  • Intel 80321400MHz 64-bit RISC processor with 256MB on-board ECC cache memory (upgradeable to 1GB).
  • Areca SATA II RAID 6 ASIC engine provides the highest level of data protection.
