REPAIR / RETURN POLICY

Missing item or any discrepancy must be reported within 7 days upon receiving merchandise.

Return for Warranty Repair

1. Item may be returned for repair without charge, under warranty, for up to ONE YEAR (calendar date) from this date of the invoice unless otherwise stated on the invoice.  The warranty is non-transferable.  Sans Digital makes no guarantee of compatibility and does not guarantee items which are used for any purpose other than those specified in its accompanying instruction manual  All returns must be authorized by Sans Digital’s RMA Department.  Be sure to write the RMA number clearly on the shipping label and enclose a copy of the original invoice.
2. For items that are phased out, or for which no replacements are available, or which are irreparable, Sans Digital will issue credit equal to a proportion of the original purchase value as follows: 12 – months has been purchased x 100% / 12.

Return for Credit

1. Returns are accepted within the first 30 calendar days from the date of the invoice.  Merchandise returned for credit is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2. Prior to returning any merchandise to Sans Digital, please contact Sans Digital’s RMA department to obtain authorization for the return.  Sans Digital’s RAM department will process the necessary paperwork and issue a RMA number which must be clearly displayed on the shipping labels on all retuned boxes.  Returned goods must be shipping in their original boxes and packing materials with a copy of the original invoice enclosed.  All manuals, cables, diskettes, and accessories originally shipped must be included with the product and sellable condition.  Otherwise, the credit will be deducted accordingly.  Returned merchandise will not be accepted without an authorized RMA number.
3. The RMA number is good for 15 days.  After 15 days, the RMA number is no longer valid and a new number must be obtained by contacting Sans Digital.
4. All RMA products will be shipped back by prepaid ground freight service.  However, priority deliver of replaced products can by arranged if the requester is willing to pay the freight charged.
5. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund processing.
6. No refund or credit returns will be issued after 30 days from the date of the invoice.  No exceptions.

Order Cancellation or Refusal
All order cancellations must be received by Sans Digital prior to shipment.  Otherwise, merchandise refused or returned is subject to a service fee and shipping costs.
