TowerSTOR TS25CT - 5 Bay 2.5" SATA to USB2.0 / eSATA Hardware RAID 5 Enclosure

The TowerSTOR TS25CT is a hardware RAID 5 five 2.5" hard drives bay enclosure that utilizes the widely available USB 2.0, Firewire 800 and performance orientated eSATA to provide over 200MB/s performance. Built-in support for RAID 0, 1, 10, 3, 5 with hot-spare support and JBOD, TS25CT provides hardware RAID redundancy protection against hard drive failure. A new RAID mode, CLONE mode or N-Way Mirror is also introduced to support same copy of the data in all of the hard drives installed. Since RAID engine is embedded in the enclosure, RAID algorithm calculation is offload to the storage unit instead of the host computer to provide optimum performance. Hardware RAID enclosure also prevents OS compatibility issues as it does not require software driver software Firewire 800, USB 2.0 and eSATA provide versatible host interface combinations for both PC and MAC.
